Stefanie Frigo, PhD, is an associate professor of linguistics and coordinator of the Interdisciplinary Studies Program at North Carolina Central University. Her research interests include forensic linguistics, grammar pedagogy, and interdisciplinary approaches to learning. In addition to writing course handbooks for the Friday Center at UNC Chapel Hill, she has most recently been published in the Journal of Student Success in Writing and Across the Disciplines.
